You will experience the thrill of an authentic truffle hunt and after that you will be able to taste numerous dishes filled with fresh truffles.
All accompanied by an excellent wine.
Lunch
Lunch entirely made with fresh truffle
Travelers will experience a real truffle hunt with the help of my trained dogs followed by a lunch based entirely on fresh truffle.
Furthermore, if guests will have the pleasure I will be able to show them the various truffle preparation techniques in the kitchen.

Highlight of our Italy Trip
Our truffle-hunting experience with Matteo was absolutely wonderful and definitely one of the highlights of our Italy trip! Matteo gave us very clear instructions for getting from Rome by train. From there, he drove us into the beautiful mountains to begin our truffle hunt. Along the way, he was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, sharing so much about truffle hunting and the area. Am Amazing experience with Matteo and dogs Learning and watching the art of the Truffle hunt. The lunch was outrageous with 7 courses filled with the most delicious truffles. And plenty of good wine!
