With flexible morning, afternoon, and evening sessions, you can choose the time that best fits your schedule. Start by exploring bustling local markets, handpicking fresh herbs, spices, and produce while learning about the essential ingredients that give Thai cuisine its bold flavors. Each day features a unique menu. On Monday, create Som Tum (Thai Papaya Salad), Pad Thai (Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp), Green Curry with Chicken, and end with Mango Sticky Rice. Other days feature dishes like Tom Yum Goong (Spicy and Sour Soup with Shrimp), Pad Krapow Gai (Stir-Fried Thai Basil with Chicken), or Panang Curry. Every session offers new dishes, giving each day a chance to explore different flavors. At your personal cooking station, you’ll follow step-by-step guidance from expert chefs, learning how to make dishes from scratch, including fresh coconut milk and curry paste. Designed for all skill levels, the class provides vegetarian, Halal, and allergy-friendly options.
