With the help of a professional beer brewer, you will learn how to brew beer by yourself. By tasting different kinds of beers, you will know how fermentation time, temperature, or raw materials affect the taste of beers. You will also discover the magic of fermentation by tasting different fermented cuisines.

What You’ll Experience
After arriving at Witch Craft Brew House in Shanyang Town, professional beer brewers will guide us and start the beer brewing workshop. At noon, we will rest and enjoy a feast with fermentation dishes. In the interval between steps, Joy will give a short presentation about fermentation, introducing beer culture and other fermented food. After the brewing workshop, we will leave the brewing house together. Every participant will receive self-made beer after one month.
