Good to Know

Our chef will teach you how to prepare a crusty shell, used to cover Cannoli, the typical Sicilian sweet. You will knead with your hands and fry the dough into the peculiar shape. You will also see how the cream is prepared to fill up Cannoli’s shell, starting from the traditional Ricotta sweet up to the custard. At the end of the cooking class you will taste the Cannoli prepared with your hands! What is Included: Coffee Break Water, Wine and Soft Drinks Final snack Cannoli, Cannoli and Cannoli Certificate Please inform the staff in case of food allergy or intolerance. Children participating in the class must be supervised by their parents at all times.

Perfect Cannoli making class!!

This was a GREAT experience!!! Booked this class for my cousin and I and we had a blast! Paolo the instructor made this a beautiful experience and he was very funny!!! Would definitely recommend this class!!!

Cannolo making

Bought this as a birthday gift for my partner, wasn't sure what to expect. However on arrival the staff were super friendly, gave us refreshments untill the other participants arrived. We were greeted by chef mary who was brilliant, very friendly and explained how we would make the cannolis. She was so encouraging throughout, had patience with the young children and was rather funny. Once we has made the cannolis we are sat outside to eat them along with lots of wine. Special cannoli

The best cannoli in all of Sicily, mouth-watering with ricotta and pistachio, will be one of our stops if we return to Taormina.
