Experience Details
Our chef will teach you how to prepare a crusty shell, used to cover Cannoli, the typical Sicilian sweet. You will knead with your hands and fry the dough into the peculiar shape. You will also see how the cream is prepared to fill up Cannoli’s shell, starting from the traditional Ricotta sweet up to the custard. At the end of the cooking class you will taste the Cannoli prepared with your hands!
