The meeting point is in front of a cafe called Coffee Room Renoir Nippori.
The easiest way is to come via the JR Yamanote Line train to Nippori Station. Exit from the North Gate to the West Exit, and then head outside and across the bridge and up the hill. The cafe is next to a 7-Eleven.
The food tour starts strictly on time. Please be respectful of the other guests. If guests do not arrive at the meeting point by the departure time, the tour will begin regardless.
