This was one of my favorite tours. Juan C was our guide and made this not only entertaining but richly informative. The hike was not difficult or tiring. We were introduced to the medicinal garden throughout the cacao/coffee bean farm and exposed to the completely organic and eco conscious standards this farm operates on. Our guide talked very interestingly about the history of cocoa and coffee, cocoa cultivation and stages of chocolate production. During the trip, we had the opportunity to actively participate in all stages of chocolate production and prepare our own flavor composition of this delicacy. The trip ended with a tasting of coffee and a sugar cane drink. It was an extremely nice and interesting activity. We highly recommend this trip
