We offer more than just chocolate, Firstly, the chocolate tour begins with the cultural and biological background of cacao in Costa Rica. It further introduces into the collecting, fermenting, grinding and finally the making of chocolate, the drink of the gods. Secondly, we talk about coffee and its importance for Costa Rica's economic and cultural development. We have a showroom with important coffee picking instruments and a better explanation of the process of coffee production. We want to show you how to make Café-Chorreado. Amongst other sampling methods. Finally, we want to look at one of the most important aspects of Costarican culture and tradition, the trapiche. Here we grind sugar cane to extract the juice and make all kinds of local and delicious candy. This is for sure the sweetest tour in the area. We have recently added a MEDICINAL PLANTS GARDEN TO OUR EXPERIENCE

Brilliant Chocolate Tour

This was a very informative tour with Jungle Tours Manuel Antonio the guide Jaun was very knowledgeable regarding the whole process of the chocolate and coffee making process and got you involved, the tasting of the products was enjoyable

Chocolate & Coffee

This tour was such a gem! Sergio, our guide was very knowledgeable but he was also engaging and entertaining. We got to make some chocolate concoctions, drink some coffe and gain some great. Knowledgeable of both the history and process for both. The walk through the plantation and the information that came from that was super interesting and beautiful. We normally only chose to do the active tours and we took this tour as a recommendation and would absolutely do it again!

Amazing Chocolate, Coffee & Costa Rican Experience!

Delicious & Intriguing

Great experience. Tour was about 2 hours, 3 hours including lunch. Our guide, Sergio, was very kind, knowledgeable, and even taught me some Costa Rican slang. The chocolate was very delicious, and the cacao was very interesting to learn about.
