The universe of coffee grows at Črno Zrno

The story of coffee, beans, cultivation, fermentation, La Huella and much more gave an exciting insight into the world of coffee. But the tasting was a true extension of my coffee universe. Excellent craftsmanship by a masterbarista. Can't be described, must be tried. Tak, Alex!

Really interesting coffee tasting experience

We really enjoyed the coffee tasting experience with excellent host Alex. He told us all about the history of coffee, focusing on two types that he made for us to try. Both were lovely, and it was interesting to compare and contrast their flavours. Alex also answered our questions about making coffee which should improve our home-brewed coffee in the future. We would definitely recommend this experience.

Got to know more about coffee

I did coffee tasting experience on my trip in Ljubljana. Alex, the barista, explained all about specialty coffee from Panama (Cafe de Panama farm and La Huella coffee). I got to taste 2 different kinds of coffee prepared by Alex. He explained that the taste of coffee is depending on the way you prepare it and their characteristics. And it's true, the coffees had different tastes and both delicious. Very enriching experience in a cozy ambience. Recommended!
