Oh my god what a delight the chef and guide to the markets were - Exelent English! The chef made it fun and the kitchen was industrial where we all had hands on and cooked. Very clean and she was conscious of no contamination etc. Got a print out of the recipes we cooked as bot all cooking places give u that we learnt
From the initial communications to heading back to my hotel, this experience was like coming to HoiAn to meet with old friends. Everything was set up when I got to the kitchen and we talked and cooked with ease. This by far was the best food I’ve eaten since I arrived. And I can’t believe I helped make it. Going through the market to pick up food was also great. I love this town. I will definitely come back again and I will definitely have this experience again.

Wow. What an experience. We did alot of research before leaving Australia as we wanted to do a cooking class. With 5 star reviews we couldn't resist. We booked for 4 but then we had another 6 in our group book based on our advice. From hotel pickup to drop off the experience was outstanding. Did the quick market tour and then walked to the school.
