I’m wasantha, you will meet me at my restaurant where you will be greeted with a hot cup of ginger tea, and from there we will take a tuk tuk ride to explore the Dutch market and learn the history of the market, there you will be explained about the vegetables, the health benefits and how to choose them fresh, we will visit to the fish market and buy our fish fresh, then we ride back to the the kitchen where you will learn how to cook traditional sri lankan curries. at the kitchen you will learn how the spices are made, how to perfect the rice, how to make your own coconut milk, and how to make five different curries, at the end of the class you will be also learning how to eat like a true sri lankan using your fingers, and there will be your own personal buffet where you'll get to eat as much as you like with the curries that you just learnt to make Thank you, Wasantha
