Together, we'll prepare a delicious meal with four colorful vegetable curries and your choice of tuna or chicken curry - all made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients.

Magic curry
A wonderful experience immersing myself in Sri Lankan cuisine with Vasanta and her lesson. We were with my 11-year-old daughter. Vasanta taught us how to cook several types of curry, as well as how to make coconut milk, and showed the secrets of preparing aromatic and fluffy rice, and flatbreads. Honestly the best meal i had in sri lanka! Im glad i did this on my last day because it wouldve raised my expectations of all my other meals too high! Sasangi and her brother (?) Were fantastic and great at providing all the information i needed and suggesting swaps for ingredients not available in the uk. They sent me home happy and full and armed with leftovers and all the recipes, including ones we didnt cook. I cant wait to try them at home!

Relaxing Family-friendly cooking class
It was a wonderful personal experience cooking with Wasantha’s family. The information provided at the markets was fantastic and we chose our own ingredients. I cooked with my son and can’t wait to try the recipes at home.

Authentic, professional, and exceptionally good - a highlight!
I am not easily impressed. But this definitely belonged to the highlights of my three-week trip to Sri Lanka. The most important thing first: The food was great - perhaps the best I had in the three weeks. And I have almost always eaten very well.
