The course takes place in the heart of Florence, in a historic and evocative location where you will enjoy an authentic private cooking experience led by a professional chef. You will learn to prepare classic dishes from the Italian tradition and taste them at the end of the lesson. Your experience begins with a walk through the Local Food Market (included only on morning tours, excluding Sundays and public holidays), one of the liveliest spots in the city. Among colourful stalls and tempting scents you will discover seasonal produce, cured meats and artisan cheeses that have long enriched Italian cuisine. With the chef at your side you will learn how to select the best ingredients, just like a local. Then it’s time to don your aprons and get cooking. During the class the chef will guide you step by step, sharing techniques and culinary insights that turn each preparation into a story of flavour and culture. At the end you will sit down to enjoy the dishes you made, served paired with a selection of Italian wines.
