Experience the best of Sicily with an exclusive experience combined with sea and local cuisine! Part 1: The Cooking Class Put your hands in the dough and live an authentic day as a Sicilian chef! In this practical and fun course, you will discover the secrets of culinary tradition from scratch. You will learn how to process real durum wheat semolina to create the island's typical fresh pasta shapes, and fragrant sauces to season it. The Grand Finale: You will sit at the table to enjoy your creations. A unique journey between nature and taste! When you get up from the table take a walk to the port of Giardini Naxos. Part 2: The Boat Tour The adventure continues....We will sail along the beautiful Ionian coast to admire the bay, the historic Capo Taormina and the famous Isola Bella, a protected nature reserve. During the tour, you will discover the myths of the earth and we will stop for a refreshing dip in the crystal clear waters of the Blue Grotto or the Grotto of the Day.

Meals

Cooking school between typical flavors and food to taste. After lunch prepared with your own hands you will go to the Port of Giardini Naxos and at 16.00 you will make a wonderful excursion of the coast with a beautiful hand-painted boat with enchanting views of the landscape of the Isola Bella, the caves and the entire coast.

Ever lasting memories! Such a wonderful experience.

If I could give this experience more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The cooking class was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. The chefs were incredibly energetic, welcoming, and passionate about sharing their family recipes, traditions, and Sicilian culture.
