Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta (filled pasta + fresh pasta) from scratch with your Cesarina. As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu. Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. It's a great way to truly experience Italian culture. • Learn to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand • Learn to make 2 iconic pasta types • Learn to make the iconic tiramisu • Small-group cooking class with a maximum of 12 people. Learn to make the famous Pasta and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Marsala. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Amazing evening with Gianfranco and family

Really lovely evening visiting Tenuta Maltese and learning about their fame and winery and how to cook some lovely dishes. The family had an intense passion for their history, their food and their wine, which the share generously.

Great experience!

We had such a wonderful time at this cooking class, it was truly a highlight of our trip! The whole experience felt warm and welcoming, thanks to the lovely mother Maria and son Gianfranco who hosted us. They made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. Fantastico!!

Gianfranco gave us a warm welcome in his amazing family home. After a short tour in his farm he explained the concept of the whole evening with a delicious sparkling wine to start. Not only it was a cooking class for pasta making but there was also an entire wine tasting experience, which was a nice surprise. Lovely cooking class on gianfrancos farm

We had such a great experience with Gianfranco and his parents. They were so lovely in telling us the story of their farm and teaching how to do Pasta the Sicilian way.
