Taormina: Cooking Class in a farm with extra virgin olive oil tasting Hi we are Chris and Barbara, Sicilian husband and wife. In this cooking class we will accompany you on a real journey of discovery of traditional Sicilian dishes, such as "Macaroni al ferretto" and the typical cannoli with ricotta. Discover Sicilian dishes by participating in our cooking class on the farm. We will leave from Taormina to reach Randazzo. Here we will arrive at a farm and meet our friends who own a farm, it will be like lunch in a Sicilian family. We will first start by preparing the "ferretto macaroni", while the pasta rests, we will taste the olive oil produced by the farm. We will continue with the making of the cannoli, following all the steps for making it. We will finish with lunch with the dishes made together, paired with the Etna wine produced in the company where we will do the cooking class.
