Fantastic cooking class
We arrived at the market to meet Mong and was meant to also be another 5 people, they cancelled at the last minute which meant we got a personal class for 2, which we didnt mind at all.
Had an interesting tour round the market with Mong telling us all about the vegetables and herbs etc, then headed back to the class.
It was decided we were going going to make a curry paste in place of a dish as only 2 of us, so then made green chicken curry with the paste.

Best family activity
We have just participated in a cooking class with Mong at the smiley cook at Koh Samui. Both our two teenagers and us adults loved it and we learned a lot. It was a very professional set up with a lot of information, we all really liked Mong.

Very Worthwhile
I highly recommend this for anyone travelling to Thailand who'd love to try and make some delicious Thai food when they return home. We learnt so much about Thai ingredients. We were collected at our hotel on time by our very friendly guide who's English was excellent. We got to make 4 delicious dishes in a lovely outdoor garden kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed eating everything. Thanks for an excellent day

Spannend und lecker
Das ganze war super organisiert.
Wir wurden zu Beginn von Bung beim Hotel abgeholt und fuhren anschliessend zu einem lokalen Markt.
Der Kochkurs war super organisiert, die Zutaten gewaschen und alles wurde perfekt erklärt.
Das Essen schmeckte wie bei den Locals.
Würden wir wieder machen :)
