Pickup service is available for all hotels throughout Koh Samui. Guests staying at hotels located on the main road will be collected from their accommodation. For those staying in hillside locations, we kindly request that you arrange to meet our transport at a conveniently situated hotel or designated meeting point on the main road. Pickup times are scheduled between 08:00 AM and 08:30 AM (Morning Class)/ 03:00 PM and 03:30 PM (Afternoon class). Your precise pickup time will be communicated to you via email; therefore, we advise you to consult your inbox. Kindly be present in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Arriving more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has left may result in a no-show designation.
