Lovely authentic experience in a not touristy part of town. Cheap taxi ($1) to get to the entrance of the neighborhood from the Medina. We got to choose our menu (all vegan for me!) and everything was delicious.
Excellent detailed hands-on tutorial on the preparation process of the much-loved, exquisite Moroccan couscous. Can't wait to do it myself at home following the procedure learned

The class itself was great! We enjoyed the experience very much. However, our reservation said that pick up from our lodging was included but we were told that itâs not included. So at the last minute we had to figure out transportation. The taxi driver did not know the area where the cooking class was and left us at the bottom of the hill. We had to walk uphill quite a distance. Then the cooking class location had several flights of stairs.
