We offer an authentic workshop, inside our Moroccan family house. It will be our pleasure to open our doors for you and welcome you with a warm heart. If you visit Morocco, it is guaranteed that you will be served these pancakes for breakfast with a side of butter and honey. With a crispy outside and chewy inside, these pancakes have the perfect texture combination. Practice is required to get the right texture of the dough, so give it a try I will teach you the secret of perfect Masemen

After washing hands and making sure you are ready, we can start baking our Msemen, you'll get fully assisted by us, and we will make sure you understand and know what you are doing it, After baking and cooking the Msemen, we will start making the famous and delicious Moroccan mint tea. Wonderful mssemn workshop

The workshop was very nice. We were with 6 people in total. My group was with 4 and we made mssemn - maroccan dish that tastes a bit like pancake. Yasmine, her mom, her son and daughter were great and were very kind. They explained us what to do and we baked together. After the baking we ate the mssemn and also the cookies that the other 2 people made. Everything was delicious and we drank also mint tea. I can really recommend this class

We loved this sharing experience!

We wanted to take part in a cooking class to firstly learn how to cook a regional specialty but above all to experience a moment of sharing and we loved this experience! We really enjoyed the baking course Making Msemen! Booked on Friday morning for the same afternoon. We were surprised that this course could take place on Friday, it is a holy day in Morocco.
