We begin at the restaurant and ask you which curry you would like to learn to cook. Then we take a trip to the markets to select your spices and fresh produce, followed by a trip to the fish markets.

Dhal curry is a staple dish in Sri lanka, and a quick dish to prepare. It goes well with any rice or roti.
