Super good experience, Cristhian as always an incredible person, passionate about his work and with great knowledge. I recommend going to the tour on an empty stomach so you can eat everything.

The Puebla Gastronomy is one of the most diverse and exquisite in Mexico. Puebla has provided Mexico with its most traditional dish: Mole Poblano. Tour the city while tasting more than 15 different dishes! This tour will explain the city history and the relation to gastronomy and its legends. Puebla is a Human Heritage City by UNESCO and one with the richest gastronomy. The city was founded for Spaniards to live in in the viceroyal times, so all the species and ingredients coming from Europe and Asia had to pass by the city before arriving to Mexico City. Food Walking Tour off the beaten path
We had a great day with Ronnie. He took us to places we would not have seen and food stops where we would not have eaten as they were not typical. From cemitas to mole to blue corn quesadillas, everything was fantastic. We shared the food as otherwise it would have been too much. We met a local artist and bought a painting. Highly recommend the tour.

Absolute recommendation!
The food tour was definitely one of our highlights in Puebla! We were able to try an incredible number of different local specialties and in the process got to know places that we probably never would have found on our own. We found it especially nice that it wasn't just about the food. During the tour, we also learned a great deal about Puebla, its history, culture, and the individual dishes. A must do in Puebla!
This is one of the best food tours we have ever done! Ronnie is the best guide and gave amazing recommendations! The food was delicious and Puebla is just so beautiful. A must do in Puebla!
