Located between Florence, Siena and San Gimignano, Casa Sola is a family owned boutique winery, ideal stop for those who want to discover the magic of Chianti world.
Our passionate team is ready to share with you the history of the area, we will illustrate Casa Solas' vision and lets you discover the quality and the diversity of Chianti Classico wines.
Learn the story behind the production of each bottle of wine, from the time of the pruning, to the vendemmia or harvest, through the fermentation and aging. Learn what makes each vintage different and delicious.

Tour of the vineyards and olive fields and wine tasting: First a walk in the fields to observe the olive trees, and the vines where we will illustrate the growing methods besides the history of the Chianti area and its quality oriented evolution over the years . Then we will visit the wine cellars. In the fermentation area we will reveal our wine making techniques, then in the ageing area, we will show you the different types of oak barrels used for the various wines and their particular types of aging.
The tour will conclude with its highlight : the wine tasting where we will give you notions on what to look for when tasting a wine and the best way to combine a particular wine to different foods. You will taste 3 types of red wine: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva and Montarsiccio I.G.T. with bread and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Vin Santo and cantucci biscuits.
Tour include a snack to go with the wines: Local cold cuts such as cured ham ( prosciutto), salami and cheese, bread with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamico
We will finish our wine experience with the most sacred food ceremony Vin Santo (dessert wine) and cantucci biscuits.

Beautiful experience from California Wine Country to Chianti Region.
Our first wine tour in Italy and it was a hit! We learned so much about Chianti wine and enjoyed our tour and wine tasting experience immensely. They could not have been more hospitable and informative. We bought a case to ship home! Thanks for a wonderful afternoon!!

Amazing experience at the Casa Sola Chianti Winery
What an amazing experience! I went with a group of about 30 person's and we received a special attention and explanation. We were able to try three cups of wine with three types of antipasti. The explanations were done in Italian and English since we were a bilingual group. One of those special places to try authentic Chianti Classico. I definitely suggest visiting this fattoria with Matteo and his team.

Outstanding vineyard and wine
We were there a few years back and had an outstanding tour and tasting. Love their wine and olive oil and balsamic vinegar. During our tasting of wine and cheese and salami the grandma also cooked lasagna for us, so good wow, 2 weeks later after we got home came an email with her recipe, I almost cried
