During this interactive experience, you will taste 3 regional wines: - Pignoletto Fermo, a still local white wine - Sangiovese in Purezza, made entirely from Sangiovese grapes - Sangiovese Appassimento, produced from partially dried grapes for a richer and more intense style. The tasting is designed to be informal and engaging, combining the fun approach of the signature Sommelier Game on a digital tablet with the guidance of a member of staff, who will accompany you throughout the experience. The wines are served with a generous selection of local artisanal products, including Mortadella Bologna PGI, regional cheeses, aged Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, artisanal honey, gourmet fruit jams, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, and a tasting of monocultivar extra virgin olive oils.

Fabulous event

Definitely if you like wine and want to find out a bit more. The hosts were lovely, very knowledgeable and good fun . The girl doing the food parings had them perfectly paired. Only complaint, it was only 45 minutes long.

Ci hanno fatto assaggiare tre vini. Sia l'accompagnamento all'assaggio dei vini di Massimo, che la descrizione del food di Ixchel sono stati davvero una bella esperienza.
