Perfect pasta workshop. 3 different pastas with accompanying sauces made. Ilaria guided us excellently and provided support where necessary. Ilaria is a pleasant and beautiful lady who knows how to get things done. Beautiful garden with the necessary herbs. It cannot be poured. Both pasta and herbs are fresh. We had a very nice cooking class and had a lot of fun! We really liked the setting, the recipes and of course the teaching of Ilaria. After we cooked we were able to sit in her beautiful garden, eat our meal and watched te sunset

Ilaria was an amazing host. She made us feel right at home. Her knowledge of the recipes we made was unique explaining some of the history of pici. She was so kind and patient, and made accommodation for allergies. We had such a good time and I will definitely return for another class.
