What You’ll Experience

During this immersive class, you'll begin with a brief introduction to the history and significance of Pisco and the traditional Peruvian cocktails. Then, guided by an expert Chef, you'll dive into the process of crafting both the Pisco Sour and Passion Fruit Sour, from measuring and shaking to garnishing and tasting. You'll learn the proper techniques for balancing flavors, including the use of fresh fruit, pisco, and egg whites. Along the way, you'll also hear about the origins of each drink and how they play a key role in Peru’s culinary culture. Finally, you'll enjoy your creations, savoring the refreshing and unique flavors of each cocktail in a vibrant, social atmosphere.
