Ideal for gastronomy enthusiasts, families and anyone who wants to get in touch with local traditions, this tour will give you insider knowledge and memorable encounters.

Guided tour and explanation

Guests will have the opportunity to visit the farm in all its aspects: fields, equipment, cellar. We will explain the work and dedication required to produce a very high quality extra virgin olive oil organically from truly sustainable agriculture. An in-depth tasting of the oils produced will follow and you will be trained to be more aware oil consumers.
The family management of the farm allows us to keep the utmost attention to detail, on the quality front we do not compromise. We are committed to charting a new path for Olio Evo, starting from the sustainability of olive cultivation and ending with the use of the most advanced milling technologies. The company Olio Abbraccio has received the prestigious 3 Leaves of Gambero Rosso, a testimony to the exceptional quality of its products.
