Over 2.5 to 3 hours, a small group of up to 14 guests discovers the ritual of the Argentine asado through five courses, each guided by a local host and paired with a carefully selected Argentine wine. From the first vermouth on the terrace to the final toast with a Brut Nature sparkling wine, every moment is intentional.
