Our pizza and gelato class at Holy Pizza was fantastic! I expected it to be fun, but I was surprised by just how much we learned along the way. The class was very hands-on and educational. We learned about the pizza-making process from the dough to the finished pizza, including a really interesting explanation of fermentation and why it is so important to the flavor, texture, and quality of the dough.
