    Experience Details

    Don’t leave the city without trying a rijsttafel (Dutch for ‘rice table’) at Tugu Hotel. The dishes served in dozens of small plates, ranging from mild to spicy and served with Indonesian style steamed rice cooked in coconut milk. Here, out favorite rijsttafel dishes are Chicken Martabak, Soto Lamongan, Yellow Pickled Fish, Chicken Satay, Shredded Coconut Beef, Prawn in Rojak Sauce, Egg in Red Sauce, and many more. Concludes with Es Puter, Indonesian Traditional Ice Cream which created by using coconut and jackfruit fritter which made this ice cream very tasty.

    The dining experience held at Sang Hyang Barong Temple and the dishes served by servers in elegant Indonesian ancient uniform. Dishes served are authentically Indonesian, but the concept of rijsttafel was certainly created by Dutch colonists when they were colonized indonesia.
