Collagen-packed soup your body will thank you for, slow-cooked for hours, and served in a spot older than the Turkish Republic. Respect.
A proper meze pit stop: vibrant, punchy cold dishes that hit you with herbs, smoke, spice, and tang, with tea.
We head straight for a hole-in-the-wall oven joint where the “Usta” teaches you how to turn dough and meat into something that’ll make you question everything you’ve ever called pizza.
