Upon arrival at Amigoni in Kansas City, participants are divided into teams and introduced to the basics of wine blending by experienced staff. Throughout the blending experience, guests learn how to identify key wine aromas and flavors and discover how different characteristics contribute to a finished blend. Teams collaborate to create their own custom wine before submitting it to a blind tasting competition, adding a fun and interactive element to the wine blending activity. Members of the top-performing team can cork and take home a bottle of their winning blend.
