Take the class!
Awesome set in one of the oldest buildings in Key West, the venue is perfect! Offered are cooking classes with divine menus, key lime pie cooking classes and various cocktail classes. The rum cocktail class was a perfect blend of history, the most tasty snacks and drinks, and hands on tips and tricks for making drinks at home! We couldn’t have had a better instructor! My husband and I attended and we would both say the class was one of our favorite parts of our trip! Highly recommend!

Best Key Lime
Chef Karl was very engaging. He took his time to educate us about the different types of meringue, which was very intriguing. He also taught us how to make the peaks and toast the meringue. We really enjoyed ourselves and the Key Lime pie was the best that we had ever tasted and we are Floridians.

We did the cooking class with Amy and it was amazing! We learned so much and the food was delicious! Highly recommend Go early and get happy hour drinks!!

Key Lime Pie cooking demo - best key lime pie in Key West!
We had a wonderful time! Key Lime Pie Cooking Demo lasts only 30 minutes. We were on the Celebrity Reflection, and did not book the class in advance, as I'd been checking ahead and there was never a time that the class was full, so we just went in person. Only $30, and the class is offered multiple times during the day. The chef made the pie in front of us, very clear directions! One of the guests was asked to help with the meringue.
