Enjoy a full lunch with carefully selected options. They’ll start by choosing their entree from spinach and chard fritters with basil aioli or an ossobuco patty with yasgua sauce and lemon wedges. Then you can select your main course from several alternatives: grilled breast with sweet potato cream, spinach and sautéed mushrooms; spaghetti with pesto genovese; penne rigate with pork ragout; or a fresh option of caramelized pears with green leaves, blue cheese, walnuts and aceto reduction. The experience continues with a dessert of choice, which can be pancakes with dulce de leche or ice cream bowl, accompanied by Nespresso coffee or drink. In addition, a glass of Portillo, Malbec or Chardonnay wine is included, completing a balanced, tasty lunch with careful presentation. Lunch is served in the Croque Madame lounge. Dress code to the Palace lounge is mandatory to wear long pants and closed footwear.
