Provide your accommodation details and any dietary requirements as soon as possible after booking. Central Marrakech pickup and return are arranged at the confirmed time and location. For guests using Hôtel Tazi, wait at its main entrance only if that is your assigned meeting point. Pool use depends on weather and operating conditions.
For Medina riads, vehicles cannot enter narrow pedestrian streets. Pickup and return are at the assigned accessible meeting point, not the riad door. We will send the assigned time, meeting-point name and Google Maps link through Viator Messages or WhatsApp before departure. Follow the final confirmation, allow enough walking time, arrive 10 minutes early and remain reachable for updates. If confirmation is missing, contact us through Viator Messages.
