My guide, Abdelfatah, was excellent. He was happy to run the tour despite me being the only person booked on. He started by asking what I wanted to get out of the tour and then took me to try several different Moroccan dishes and explained how they fitted into the culture and history. He also included details of the history of the city, country and culture. Would definitely recommend this tour.
We booked the evening food tour with Nourdine. It was a very delightful experience. I would highly recommend booking this tour. The Medina is like another world at night very animated and lively. We got taste some very wonderful foods, see how they bake bread at the bakery, how they heat the water at the hammam’s, and take in the wonders of the market at night.
