Let us guide you through the cultural richness that chili brings to our cuisine, bringing together the best of a walking tour and workshop inside our speakeasy.
We will meet at the back of the Jamaica Market and have an introduction to the history of the neighborhood and why it is so important in Mexico City.
Then we will take a walking tour inside the market, so you can see it through our eyes. Three generations living and working here have fed us with the spirit and energy experienced here.
Feel welcome in our family store, you will learn about its history of more than 60 years, and we will show you the way to enter our speakeasy, where we will welcome you with mixology and teach you how to make an authentic Mexican sauce that is so spicy. or not as you decide.
We will taste your freshly made sauce and offer you a tasting menu based on the main ingredients of our gastronomy with which you can experience the true flavors of Mexico and understand more about our food and society.
After this tasting you will know much more about Mexico, its people and its food.
