One of the best things to do in Mexico City during Mondays when all museums are closed and also for the Lagunilla's Sunday funday :) Markets are Mexican culture at its best. They are an essential part of the country where you feel immersed in art, traditions, colors, flavors, music and magic You'll visit 3 markets: La Ciudadela (the largest handcraft market in Mexico), San Juan (understand why and how the Mexicas ate insects) and Sonora Market (where traditional plant medicine - Herbolaria & esotericism meet). There's also an option that includes a STREET FOOD TOUR And if you're here on a Sunday, we recommend La Lagunilla option. Part of the biggest street market in the world where you can find everything from clothing, to antiques, drinks, art, improvised sonidero raves and even artists that will give you a haircut or a tattoo At Frida Tours, we not only give tours, we craft memories. Mexico City Markets Tour

Excellent experience! Gabriella was great! She took us to places we were not comfortable going on our own in a new city and helped us to experience a bit of authentic Mexican culture. The food was awesome, got some unique gifts, and had a great time! Would highly recommend.

Authentic Mexico City with Knowledgeable Guide

This is an excellent tour! Gabriella went above and beyond to accommodate us and she is very knowledgeable about local customs, foods, and traditions. You will try exotic food and explore authentic markets. Highly recommended if you want to get off of the beaten path and see the real Mexico City.

Loved our experience!

We came to Mexico City from Texas, for our honeymoon. We booked this experience at the last minute. We booked the private tour with Gabriela. The tour was fantastic! Gabriela was knowledgeable and assisted us through every step of the journey. From food recommendations to vendor haggling to helping us with our very limited Spanish, she was a gem and would highly recommend this experience to anyone.
