During this Minoh Falls Craft Beer Hike, you will enjoy a trek up to the majestic Minoh Falls and quench your thirst with a refreshing Minoh Beer at the base of the falls. Minoh Falls, located in Minoh Park, is a stunning 33 meter tall natural waterfall, which can be reached in about 45 minutes. As the trail is paved and relatively flat, it is suitable even for inexperienced hikers. While Minoh Park is especially gorgeous during autumn against a backdrop of vibrant, fiery foliage from the Japanese momiji (maple) trees, the waterfall can be enjoyed all year round. This exhilarating trek is, of course, best paired with a nice, cold beer.
After you’ve gotten your heart rate up a little bit, you’ll take a short trip to Minoh Beer Warehouse, a modern but cozy establishment. There, you will be treated to a couple of half-pints of Japanese craft beer. The tour is hosted by a certified beer server who has a lot of experience enjoying Minoh Beer (and many other Japanese craft beers, so feel free to ask questions and get recommendations about local brews.
