While in Nagoya, go beyond merely trying this star ingredient and challenge yourself to learn how to cook with it! In this cooking class, you’ll learn to make ramen, perhaps Japan’s most famous noodle dish, with a miso base and plenty of vegetables. Guided by local hosts, you’ll learn how to balance your dish to achieve a perfect harmony of flavors as you get hands-on in making ramen.
After the cooking session, enjoy your meal with your host, a knowledgeable local who will share insights on Nagoya and travel tips. Equipped with your newly found ramen knowledge, you’ll take home the expertise to make delicious homemade ramen anytime.
