Home-cooked meals may not be easy to come by while traveling, but this hands-on workshop proves you can feel at home while preparing and sharing a meal with a friendly host in Japan’s city of Nagoya.
Expect a fun sushi home party where you’ll learn to make sushi rolls with two different fillings and complete the meal with side dishes.
Led by a certified instructor, you’ll discover home cooking techniques and traditions in Japanese cuisine.
Your host will guide you through making two sushi rolls filled with shrimp tempura and salmon.
You’ll also learn how to make a Japanese-style rolled omelet (tamagoyaki) and complete your meal with a steamy bowl of miso soup with seasonal vegetables and ice cream for dessert.
You’ll also enjoy a delicious dessert made with ingredients from Aichi Prefecture.
After the experience, you’ll enjoy your meal together with your host and take home the recipes to cook and entertain your loved ones.
