Hotel pickup and drop-off are available from the Sultanahmet, Taksim, Sirkeci, Kabatas, Eminonu, Sisli, Aksaray, Karakoy, Beyoglu, Laleli, Beyazıt, Topkapı, Zeytinburnu, Besiktas, Ortakoy, Kagıthane, Sutluce and Vezneciler areas. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The pickup service starts between 30 to 90 minutes before the boat departure, and the drivers will not wait more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. All guests have to be ready on their hotel at 19.00 on the cruise day. If the vehicle cannot access your street, the pickup will take place in a nearby area.
