Meet your guide at the tourism office, Place Bellecour central Lyon and get aboard his minivan for a wonderful day in the Côtes du Rhône world. The northern part of the Rhône valley is reputed for its exceptional wines, several of them being classed amongst the finest in France. On this intimate tour we will give both winemaker and you the wine taster the opportunity to meet up and share a few words about terroir. Completely MAGNIFICENT

Superb experience spent in the company of Eddy, who helped us delve a little deeper into our love of wines. We are neither experts, professionals, nor anything of the sort, but simply epicureans who love wines, so beyond the wonderful meetings with producers, we discovered wines from different production methods while learning how to appreciate them even more. And I will add a 6th star for the Domaine Armélie et Bernard Rion 2018 savored at lunch, of which I proudly kept the cork!

Wonderful time in Cote Rotie

We had a wonderful time exploring Côte Rotie with Eddy! The domaine stops were great, the visit to the old town in between domaine visits was fun and a good break to stretch your legs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Cote Rotie! Only note would be that the van can get quite hot in the back, the AC doesn’t reach there so be mindful of that when booking on hot summer days.
