Oenology Workshop and Wine Tasting

- Come and develop your oenological skills and have a good time at Domaine Le Fort in Aude, near Toulouse. - 3 hours during which you will refine your senses, then you will apply our tasting method to 6 different wines from Domaine Le Fort. - Our wine tasting workshop, limited to a maximum of 10 people, is led by Stéphanie, oenologist and winemaker for more than 25 years. Why ? To develop your oenological skills in a short time. At the end of these workshops, you will be able to relate the sensations perceived during your tastings to oenological terms. Thus, you will identify what you like in wine and you will be able to talk about it with the appropriate vocabulary. For who ? This workshop is aimed at all wine lovers looking for an original and enriching wine experience in a magnificent setting. The beginner will find there the basics of tasting and the associated vocabulary. The more experienced wine lover will appreciate the sensory approach which will allow him to deepen his oenological skills.
