Learn how different olive oils interact with food through carefully selected pairings.
Fresh bread, local ingredients and mediterranean flavours help reveal how olive oil can transform a dish and elevate simple ingredients.
More than just a tasting, it is an immersion into the landscape and traditions of the island.
Throughout the activity, you will learn how to recognise aromas and understand quality. I'll then help you identify the characteristics of each sensory profile, which ultimately is what makes each extra virgin olive oil so unique.

Through this guided olive oil tasting & food pairing experience, you'll be able to better understand, choose & enjoy extra virgin olive oil.
I'll guide you through the basics of olive oil tasting and share with you tips to help you choose quality over buzz words and superficial trends.
We'll also enjoy food pairings with homemade snacks and different olive oils from Greece, Italy & Spain.
You'll get a take-away leaflet with the info shared during the session with tips & tricks to impress your friends back home.
