Your trusted guide knows the forest like the back of their hand since they built the forest garden themselves.
You will then take a rest at a thatched hut in the forest where you can experience “nodate”, an outdoor tea ceremony which is led by a Japanese instructor. The tea, called “jinencha”, is brewed using natural spring water from the forest. Sip away as you enjoy tea and sweets among serene nature.
