What You’ll Experience

Together, we will craft traditional Mediterranean rice dishes completely from scratch. You won’t just observe, you will prepare, cook and master the precise techniques that define exceptional tapas and Spanish rice. You will also be able to choose from 6 different types of elaborations (arroz negro --black rice, arroz senyoret --rice with pealed seafood and fish, arroz con boquerones y espinacas --rice with white anchovies and spinach, arroz con pato y foie --rice with duck and foie gras, Paella Valenciana --rice with chicken and vegetables, and finally you can choose a vegetarian Paella) Learn how to build deep, layered flavors, control textures perfectly, and understand the subtle balance between broth, rice variety, heat, and timing. Throughout the experience, you’ll uncover insider tips and professional tricks. From selecting the right rice to managing fire and pan, you’ll gain practical knowledge you can confidently recreate these recipes at home to impress family and friends.
