You will start in the kitchen preparing the traditional Causa Limeña while learning about the history, ingredients, and cultural significance of this iconic Peruvian dish. During the experience, enjoy a colorful selection of seasonal exotic fruits from different regions of Peru, accompanied by small traditional bites to enjoy while discovering new flavors and ingredients from Peruvian cuisine. After the fruit tasting, you’ll learn how to prepare traditional Peruvian ceviche —or perhaps the famous lomo saltado— alongside our professional chef. Step by step, you’ll discover how to combine fresh ingredients, achieve the perfect balance of flavors, and learn the local techniques and culinary secrets behind one of Peru’s most iconic dishes. No Peruvian culinary experience is complete without learning the art of mixology. During this part of the experience, you will gather around the bar to prepare the perfect Pisco Sour while discovering the history, ingredients, and techniques behind one of Peru’s most iconic cocktails.
