Picnic in the vineyard in Itria Valley and Barbecue

You’ll have access to a private picnic area equipped with a barbecue for your exclusive use, which, of course, comes complete with firewood and tools for lighting and cooking. Your picnic area will be set up in nature, in the vineyard, under a large walnut, fragno, or olive tree, or in the herb garden. We offer you the chance to spend a few hours in the silence of nature, enjoying the view of the Itria Valley while savoring local products. The food will be provided partly cooked and partly raw. The cooked items will include hot focaccia from the wood-fired oven, stuffed frise, cured meats, and olives. The raw items, on the other hand, will include sausage and bombette (a vegetarian option is available upon request). Preparation will be self-service on the barbecue.
