Pizza, Italian symbol in the world! Want to learn how to make it?

Discover the secrets of the perfect pizza in a lesson led by a Pro Pizza Maker.

You will learn how to prepare the dough, under the careful Guide of our Pizzaiolo, starting from flour and yeast, discovering techniques and secrets to obtain a fragrant and tasty pizza. You will prepare the classic Pizza Margherita and you can create other variations, even, ON REQUEST, in VEGETARIAN version.

And then, at the table!

You will taste the pizza you have prepared, sharing it with the other participants in a cheerful and convivial atmosphere, accompanied by Sicilian Red Wine and Limoncello.

Finally, you will attend a Show Cooking dedicated to Sicilian Cannolo and you can stuff it with excellent fresh ricotta.

Knead, bake, taste and experience the authentic taste of Italy through its pizza!

The course is available for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 16 people.

What You’ll Experience

Our Pizzaiolo will welcome you and prepare for you a station complete with all the ingredients necessary for the lesson. Pizza is one of the most beloved icons of Italian tradition. During this experience in Sicily you will learn how to prepare your pizza starting from the dough, choosing typical ingredients and toppings and discovering the secrets of cooking. You can take home the techniques you learned and prepare a real Italian pizza for friends and family again. After the preparation and cooking of the pizza, you will attend an engaging show cooking dedicated to Sicilian cannoli. Our pizza maker will show you how to stuff the traditional waffles and fill them with excellent fresh ricotta according to the typical Sicilian technique.
