Anna’s home cannot be reached by car. Please leave your car outside the city walls and walk to her home. She lives above the city walls on the third floor, and there is no elevator.
Anna is available in Città della Pieve from July to September. She offers her cooking classes in Verona from October to June.

What You’ll Experience

Experience a hands-on Italian cooking class in a local home in Città della Pieve, a charming town located between Tuscany and Umbria. Hosted by Anna in her beautiful home, you will discover daily life, food traditions, and the local culture. Anna will guide you step-by-step through the art of making fresh dough from scratch. Depending on the recipe, you will roll the pasta using either a rolling pin or a pasta machine while Anna shares tips, techniques, and stories about her family’s cooking traditions. During your 2.5-hour cooking class near Tuscany, choose from three experiences: - A homemade pasta class where you will prepare tagliatelle and ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta. - Or an Italian pizza class where you will learn the history of pizza, along with the tricks, techniques, and ingredients needed to prepare pizza from scratch at home. After the class, sip on an aperitif before sitting down together to enjoy your homemade Italian meal paired with local wine.
