A delightful experience
My husband and I took a cooking class (just the two of us) taught by Dèdalo and his wife Otilia in their home. My Italian is so-so but my husband only speaks English but communication wasn’t a problem; Dèdalo and Otilia speak English well. We were made to feel very welcome. The Best Part of our Holiday
I booked this cookery course for myself and my daughter and her friend. it was amazing. I can't say how much fun it was and getting to meet a lovely family at the same time was even more special. the course was organised so well and each dish was well thought out and we learnt so much. I've made fresh pasta since I got back.

This experience was so much fun! Our host was such a character - amazing stories and great food with an Italian family. Chef Dandy was so welcoming, and we loved that his mother was part of the class as well, showing us exactly how to make the dough. Coming class in private home
What a fantastic experience! Dedalo and his mom and dad opened up their home to us and shared with us their love of cooking. While learning the recipes and correct way of making the food, we shared stories of travel and glasses of wine.
Hope that we can replicate the deliciousness upon our return home.
